Our DATAJOB team is united by the incentive to never stand still. Rather, we want to constantly develop ourselves, our company and our customers’ IT infrastructures. To achieve this, we continuously question ourselves, our products and services, as well as our processes. A constructive error culture is therefore an essential part of our corporate culture.

Our team

Communication on equal terms and collegial interaction is the foundation of our company values and culture. Ideas often arise during lunch or in our garden enjoying our own barista coffee. Together, as a team, we decide on the best ways to implement them. We don’t only manage standard processes, because every customer is individual. This encourages and enables self-determined and proactive team members and makes both daily and project business at DATAJOB varied and exciting.
